The JURI and INTA Committees will hold a joint hearing on 27 January, from 15.00 to18.00, in room PHS 1A002, entitled 'TTIP: Regulatory aspects and investor to state dispute settlement and arbitration'. The purpose of the hearing is to focus on the enforcement of TTIP's investment protection provisions and the possible alternatives to the investor-to-state dispute settlement mechanism, and on the regulatory coherence and the regulatory cooperation.
