During the extraordinary committee meeting on 7 May 2020, JURI Members will exchange views with Commissioner Didier Reynders, Commissioner for Justice, in terms of structured dialogue and questions relating to the current COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences.
The Committee will also vote on the opinion in letter form on Recommendations on the negotiations for a new partnership with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
JURI Members will also hold an exchange of views on the draft report on Digital Services Act: adapting commercial and civil law rules for commercial entities operating online.
The meeting will be with remote participation for Members (being able to view and listen to proceedings, ask for the floor and intervene in the meeting). Other participants are invited to follow the meeting through webstreaming.
