On 4 February 2019, the JURI and LIBE committees will vote on the report on justice programme (2018/0208(COD)). This programme shall contribute to the further development of a European area of justice based on mutual recognition and mutual trust. The Justice Programme replaced three funding programmes which expired in 2013:
Civil Justice Programme, Criminal Justice Programme and Drug Prevention and Information Programme.
