On 23 January 2019, the Committee on Legal Affairs will vote on the provisional agreements resulting from interinstitutional negotiations on insolvency (2016/0359(COD)), on Court of Justice of the European Union (2018/0900(COD)) and on rules on the exercise of copyright and related rights applicable to certain online transmissions (2016/0284(COD)).
Moreover, the Members will vote the draft report on supplementary protection certificate for medicinal products (2018/0161(COD)), as well as on the draft report on action of the Union following its accession to the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on appellations of origin and geographical indications (2018/0189(COD)). The Members will also vote on the draft opinion on establishing the Creative Europe programme (2018/0190(COD)). The Committee will also hold a hearing on Internet of Things in the room ASP 3E2 (16.00-17.00).
