On the 19 November, the JURI Committee with Elisabeth Morin-Chartier MEP and EP Coordinator on Children’s Rights will host a public hearing on safeguarding the rights of the child in cross-border family disputes. The event is organised in the context of the work of the Coordinator in cross-border parental child abduction and family disputes.
