On 30 November, there wil be a plenary debate on the application of the European Order for Payment Procedure (15.00-21.00), with a vote the next day. On 1 December, there will be plenary debates on the guidelines for Commissioner's declarations of interests and on the report on liability, compensation and financial security for offshore and gas operations (9.00-11.30).
