Hearings - Hearing on Administrative Procedure for the EU - 28-01-2016 - Committee on Legal Affairs

On 28 January, the JURI Committee is organising a hearing on a Law of Administrative Procedure for the EU, from 9.30 to 12.30. The purpose of the hearing is to present a draft Regulation on the Administrative Procedure of the EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, drawn up by the Working Group on Administrative Law (chaired by MEP Heidi Hautala). Experts, stakeholders and high-ranking officials from the institutions will participate.
