On 27 October, there will be a plenary debate on the proposed increase in the number of Judges at the General Court (15.00-23.00). A second-reading agreement was reached with the Luxembourg Council Presidency on 20 October, after two tetralogues. The committee's recommendation and the compromise text, as well as the other plenary amendments tabled, will be put to the vote at midday on 28 October.
